A rare, for me anyway, day of organized unit PT. Not going to say it was a complete waste of time, but overall, I can get the same training effect in 1/3 the time.
45 Min of various exercises:
Standing military press, Three shoulder taps, Military press, shoulder taps, press, taps
Oblique crunches, center crunches
Wide arm pushups, regular pushups, diamond pushups
stretch...stretch some more....stretch again...
Afterwards, I went for a short swim, which was my plan all along.
As I said, not a complete waste of time, but definitely not effective use of time....
