    4 miles is really a guess- I've given up keeping track of the number of laps I run there. Was dodging speed skaters and angry runners anyway. Had a great run with Bryan G. and Christa G. though!

    Had a fun run with Dan M. and David F.! IT Band felt much better and I even pushed it for a lap at a faster/more normal pace.

    Legs are feeling MUCH better now. Right knee still felt a bit tight, but overall, no IT band issues. Might start bumping up mileage a little.

    All the dreadmills were full, so I decided to give the bike a whirl. Felt alright, but I hate the seat they have on that thing. It was big, bulky, and awkward like a high school date.

      The exact reason I bought a trainer for my bike this winter. All the bikes at the gym I honestly think would be more comfortable if you took the seat off and sat with the pole up your...... I'll stop there you get the pictue =)
