Treadmill run. Started at 5.0 and progressed every lap and every 5 minutes by 0.2 speed and ended at 8.0 speed. Last lap back to 7.0 for cool down. Total sweat.

Treadmill run this am. Started slow at 4.3 and increased every 15 minutes and ended at 6.1 setting. Nice fast pace run last 15 minutes. Still with some soreness from Sunday's long run.
