      Rad. Don't do it much, but I love yoga. Crazy how quickly you get stronger with it when you actually do it consistently.

      I used to go to yoga quite consistently, but it was something I dropped when the recession hit close to home. I like having an instructor there to adjust me etc. There is a new yoga in the park run by my friend (fresh air yoga) that is by donation and 2 times a week. HOLLA!

      Yes I really love yoga. I used to be a dancer, and definitely incorporated cross training with yoga etc during makes me feel strong and centered
