Wore me out! It was hot like a fish. Had to stop about 3/4 of the way through to get my breath back. Of course, going against the wind on the way back, too, so that didn't help!

First day back into exercising. Day 1 of C25K. Felt damn good. Nice that fall is here - it's cool enough to be comfortable but not so cool as to need loads of layers of clothing.
