Breathing while jogging has improved. Still taking it slow. Won't be going anywhere very fast, but it's the consistence that counts.

I was battling a cold but ran anyway. Perhaps not the best idea but I didn't want to lose the rhythm after Tuesdays run. Felt blah and the cold got worse. Sigh.

Good tip, D. I had heard something similar to that before... singers train their voices/diaphragm for performing on stage (singing while doing choreography) by jogging and singing their songs at the same time. Seems like that idea would help with asthma, too.

Theres a long green stretch with trees and a nice sidewalk just a few blocks from here, and half of the neighborhood uses it to walk n jog on so I guess I will too...
