12 x 400m workout with 2 mile warmup and 2 mile cool down. The track is covered with snow so I found a quiet road that was only 400 meters. Tom joined half way through. It felt so much easier to do this on the road instead of the track. I wish there were quiet, flat roads in DC to do the rest of the workouts on. Splits were consistent until a loose dog ran through my 5th 400x. Splits: 1:21, 1:26, 1:24, 1:24, 1:23, (forgot to time), 1:25, 1:25, 1:26, 1:26, 1:26, 1:26.

    Really nice splits! Look like you found your groove! I do agree that they seem easier on a road than on the track!
