    New snow and very icy roads. 24 but feels like 17 with the wind. Took it slow knowing my hip pain wasn't fully better and tomorrow callls for an interval workout.

      Really nice splits! Look like you found your groove! I do agree that they seem easier on a road than on the track!

    25 degrees is a lot colder than I'm used to so it took a while to get motivation to get out. Once out there it was nice! First day without coffee in months. It's the annual reset week
