good 5.83 mi 00:53 09:02 pace
Got out with Andrea this morning while it was nice and cool still. We had a stray bull dog/pit bull (?) friend join us for awhile around the Pacana Park area. Better than a coyote I suppose.

Nice early miles! I often wonder the same thing. Only in the Tuke it seems the angry drivers don't come out until after 6:30. Ha!

Maricopa early morning drivers are a pretty surly bunch. I remember almost getting run down too when I ran at that time. I do think though Villages is the worst. Speedy pace! Good job!

alright So be it 6.12 mi 00:56 09:08 pace
