Little report on my first training session with Bedford Harriers.Warm up with all Bedford Harriers then broke up into session group.Steady 2 mile warm up round priory marina, followed by 1 hour speed session. First part of speed session involved loops of 600m x 4 relay with partners, and heres me thinking training is not competitive lol. Then a session of Indian running two groups of nine with back one sprinting to the front and so on . Then back to team relay (teams of 4) 400m course effort all way round with 100m sprint in between , repeat 4 times. Then gentle jog back to stadium and finish with stretching. Can't wait for next session and I'm in the perfect group for me .

Great work! I remember the Bedford Harriers from when I lived there. Sounds like a really well thought out session so maybe you're onto something really good here.
