    Well was my recovery run after marathon, but tonights session was 1k reps.
    1 mile warm -up
    8x1k reps between 3.50 & 4:10 mins
    1 mile cool down with group.
    1 mild jog home.

    Easy paced 10 miler, that should be all the longer distances out the way now, time to taper and a few short runs now.

    Nice speed session at club tonight.

    15x1min all out speed = 3miles in 16minutes
    1 mile cool down
    Actually ran the 7 rep in 4.58 pace.

    good 2nd Lsr sheer hell. 18 mi

    Sheer hell doing this long run after a time trial.But good thing 2 weeks to taper for London now. Knee is very sore and London is still hanging in the balance.

      I once did parkrun towards the end of a Long Run, that was hard!! Hope the knee heals up...lots of ice.

    Love these conditions, wet and windy.Todays run Marathon pace effort, was supposed to be 7 but done 8 felt good considering only had 2 hours sleep from night shift.

    Easy paced recovery run, knee still very sore.Going to have to hope its gets better before London.Anyway got a couple rest day coming up from running now.
