PUSHED IT!!! Need to get about 10-15 seconds faster on those longer distances to keep up with my training plan though.
1200m - 4'50"
1000m - 4'06"
800m - 3'14"
600m - 2'20"
400m - 1'20"
200m - 0'38" (that would be a 5'06" mile if I could sustain that for 4 full laps. Damn.)
