  3. New goal my friends: 1/2 marathon at Walt Disney World in Jan. 2010!!! I've only done 5k. Any advice on training for 1/2??? How long does it usually take people to complete?

      I hear ya Eric! There was an Olympic track on the top deck, made it there one time. For one lap. Walking, with a drink in hand. Opps. LOL Wrong weight to be carrying! LOL
