      they just posted new and ridiculous time requirements... perhaps when i'm 80 i'll be able to qualify! :-)

    Walked to and from Union Square. Of course, in the middle of the walk I stopped for obscene amounts of delicious food at The Neighborhood. Nice walk, except for all the weaving around snowbanks!

    After dance class, I was energized even though my back hurt a fair amount, so I walked home in the rain/sleet! It was lovely except for the back pain.

    Canoed on the Charles. There were breaks, but there were also bursts of intense paddling to get away from being splashed!! And, chasing birds.
