Practice Ride with Astro 7.06 mi
Did a test ride loaded with Astro in the trailer. Tonight we will do about 20 miles with a good hill to simulate the ride on Friday to our bike overnight. He's doing pretty good in the trailer.

I have a 16 mile long run planned for tomorrow morning. Thinking about skipping the Garmin and running with a stopwatch instead and paying more attention to my energy output.
