Running away from the zombies.
I went running with http://www.zombiesrungame.com/ - a phone app that's a mix of audio book, GPS running app, and interactive game.
It's actually pretty good. I did kind of get into it... probably too much - the first time the zombies started gaining on me, I gave myself a massive stitch trying to get away! But it made a big impact on my pace.
I'd recommend giving it a go.


Been meaning to try one of these for ages. Sounds like fun!
