Achilles (the broken one) didn't like it... After I had run 40mn last time I had already felt a bit a tiredness not on the broken part, but sort of 10-15cm above (any one heard it can break above the broken part? Think I did...)... Now I am afraid I need to decrease back to 35-40mn non-stop but before that rest my foot for at least a few days and only swim until then! ;-)
