great Erisksdalbadet - national swimming pool 2400 m

Went for a tip-toe at lunch time (no time to waste on any French or any other bank holidays!..), the last 500m were sort of not so easy.. As usual I swam +200m/last time, and -200m / next time ;-)) I will certainly shift to a decreasing system in August :).. Sport makes me feel sooo good... Wish I would see more people sharing on dailymile :) Congrats Andrew I'm glad & impressed to follow all your efforts! :) Difficult to run under 30° right.. Despite I'd prefer to be in Corsica like you, the advantage around here is that it feels great here to run while it's ~18° ! :)
