Ran 35mn, then walked and did the usual suspects kind of stuff, some know what I talk about ;-) and then ran back. Felt better than last time, hopefully less than the next... ;-) From today's 97kg, I'd be happy to go down to 90 in the next 2-3 months - Magnus, I give you a ring quite soon you lazy neighbor! ;-)
