alright Run around Sundbyberg's two lakes 8.12 km

Better than last time I ran, but less good than the next! Ran 5km in 30 min, then walked 2km and did series of push ups, sit ups, planks &ran back. The great news is that none of my Achilles hurt anyhow. Too many kg to drag still... So I'd be happy to run more often with any volunteer, send me suggestions!
