For Karyl-Lynne T., I realize my weekly total is now a grand total of 5.15 miles, but my stupid foot is still bothering me. I think I need to stick with the one mile runs for a while and slowly work my way up to 4 instead of just jumping right into four like an idiot ... live and learn and learn and learn :-p
