Awesome 4 miles (run 3 min, walk 1) today with friends! We ran up and down hills (mostly up based on the burning in my calves) and around town. It was delightful :) I did really, really good with lifting my feet and keeping my calves and ankles relaxed. I felt very strong today. Temps were mid 40's F with a light breeze. Perfect day!!!!

Unfortunately, not barefoot. I have to start over on my barefoot training. I kind of took the winter off ... except for the occasional beach run in Florida of course ;)
