Boot camp treadmill miles 2.5 mi

Estimating on the distance. Might be a tad higher than actually but when you figure in 40 squats in 60 seconds, dozens and dozens of curls with a 10# barbell while walking at 4.0mph, running intervals as fast as 10.1mph, pushups, dumbbell raises, and overhead dumbbell holds, I think we'll just call it even. That didn't even include the ab workout tonight ...
