I actually laced up for the first time in a week (and just the 2nd time in a month), opened the front door and closed it without going outside. I had the "get up" but not the "go". My wife lovingly kicked me out of the house and I got in a nice jog. Splits were 9:19, 9:45, 11:20 on the whole miles (3rd mile included a 2-minute walking stint).


Again, what a fabulous wife you have. LOL. She knows just what you need! Great run, and glad to see you're getting your mojo back!

Aww, I've noticed too that the mojo has been depleted after the marathon. I just looked at your profile today to see where you've been. I helped jinx ya into a run. :D
