Stacking wood is no easy task. Kind of you to help out a neighbor like that.

If you affixed those lights to your forehead that would make you a knuckle head!

great Spring Break Commuting, Day 2 13.42 mi

Logging more miles before 12:30 in the afternoon than most people do all month.

  5. My next training goal is for a late-May 10K. If I set the SmartCoach based on last Saturday's race time, it gives me a pace of around 9:05, but if I set it based on my mile time from a couple... read more

    great Mowing 1.5 mi

This was a real doozy. Grass has grown a ton in the past 3 weeks, and it was moist. Even without the bag attached it was real slow going. This took close to 4 hours.

Whoa dude, where did this come from. Great job. And nice job substituting news for Vitalyte. Who needs a paper, the internet was invented for a reason.

I heard at least three throwers today make comments that shared how much they were enjoying the meet. So much different than the rest of the season. I agree - very fun! And - 52 seconds? Wow.

Thanks, Chris. I get lots of good ideas from just being around other track people a few times a week. And to think - I could have "just" done two separate mile intervals.
