PWFP - Group Run 10 mi 01:40 10:00 pace

Nice ran with the VHTRC group at PWFP. This is a great group of runners and ultra-runners that ran in PWFP once a month. We also had visitors from Virginia Beach and Richmond this time. I didn't start my Garmin on time so I only registered 6.5 miles but I was told we ran 10 miles in about 1h 40 min. Enjoy your weekend everyone!
