I went to the middle school track but it was reserved for a meet. I didn't want to show the kids how fast I can run so I decided to come home and run on the dreadmill again! I ran 8x400meters with 400 meters jog in between. I started at 8speed/7.30pace and ended at 8.7speed/6:53pace. The rest was w/up and c/down.
