I went to the track to run 5x800 with 400 meters jog in between. I only ran 3x800. After the third 800 my calves were feeling pretty tight so I decided to cut the run short and do a few more laps at a slower pace. Splits: 3:30min/7:01pace, 3:39min/7:20pace, and 3:43min/7:28pace.
