      It was a pretty relaxed pace and the nature of the Hash is a lot of starting and stopping. I used to take my son with on training runs occasionally. The pace on the flat topped out at about 5:00 per km.

      Thanks! Yeah, something like that. I'm not sure if I'm 'committed' to this being a training week yet. I feel great, but want to see how I feel later in the week. I'm also still working out how I want to train this time for the Jungfrau Marathon. Too much hills is also not good. Just tires you out and the downhill can bring on injuries.
