    Overall was a decent run but it was hot since I got started later than I was hoping to. Only bummer is that my long dormant plantar fasciitis seems to be making a reappearance :-/

      haha. Just trying to be conscious and run slooooow. When I would get above 145, I would pull back and walk if I had to to get my HR back down. And yoga breathing :-)

    Slow, comfortable low-heart rate run. Longest I've run in a while. More humid than I was expecting it to be but felt great during the run. I guess running at a slow steady pace has its benefits?!

    Easy run to loosen the legs and loosen the DOMS. Trying to stick with running at a low-heart rate (average 143 BPM). My pace will eventually go back down, right? :-)

    Legs still feel pretty stiff and sore from Saturday night's walk. Felt much easier to stay at a low heart rate and my legs felt fine while running. Average heart rate 140 BPM.

      I tried that for most of last summer, and I agree, it was hard to keep the rate low, especially if it's warm out. Nice workout!
