Was dreading today's run. It was the same route I ran that disastrous Saturday two weeks ago, and I ran yesterday so I knew my legs would be tired. I was really pleased with how relaxed I ended up feeling at the end of the 10 miles. Breathing seemed a bit off - should be an easy fix.
