    Pool felt great this morning...85 degrees at 8am...WTH. Gym felt like a sauna, so I had no problem with laps today. :)

  6. #dailymission I remember my former 400+ lb self and how I'll do anything to avoid returning to that life. Out of breath from walking up a few stairs, swollen ankles, backaches...NEVER AGAIN.
