      Becky posted some pictures of the frozen falls the other day, they were quite spectacular. I also didn't realize something that huge and fast could freeze! Guess that's a testament to how cold it gets!

    used my neighbours stationary bike old school but functional not sure if its in km or miles however /. I went slow but used a tougher resistance

      aw. i am just dying to get on my new bike and go for a ride! i took it in yesterday to get a tune up and move my things from the old bike to the new one. i am hoping this helps spring get started. ;) nice work, barbara. spring is coming sooooon.
