Dog walk/run (3/4 mi loop)

Did quick but energetic/vigorous run around usual loop w/Lily. Have extended stay here (at parents' place) upon their request. Extremely busy taking care of parents' household & helping them with various activities, so was very happy to squeeze in brief bit of daily exercise. Plan to resume normal exercise schedule after I return to DC. Keeping fingers crossed regarding knees; they're doing fine with light exercise. :) (Visit to doctor to get knee checked out will have to wait until I get back to DC.)


It's good that you can get in a little exercise while you are there. Good luck with your doctor visit.
