Did a fairly hilly 6.3 miler. The legs felt a little heavy & slow moving today for about the first 3 miles, but managed to keep pushing on through. Was originally going to do 5, but 6 is just 1 more mile, so I figured, "What the heck. Let's put one more in the bank." :)
Think I might take tomorrow off from running & run Friday instead to rest the legs a bit. The knees are still feeling a bit sore from last week's litany of runs.


Nice run, Corey. Good idea to take a break tomorrow. Need to let those muscles regroup!
