      Nice job! A 1RM is not a set of 15 reps though. A 1RM is a one-rep max, so it's the heaviest weight you can lift only once because you literally couldn't lift a second rep.

      Thanks, Dan! Yep, I'm aware of what 1RM is, so let me clarify. I use 1RM as my next goal post. In other words, I calculate what 100% 1RM would be based on the current amount I can lift 15x, and then I use that as inspiration for my next weightlifting goal. For example, for the abs crunch machine, based on the current amount I can lift (95 lbs.), 1RM = 130 lbs. So, eventually, I'd like to work up to lifting 130 lbs. x 15. :)
