    Tried the pump class for a change. It is not what I really needed, more strenuous aerobics. Still had some targeted barre exercises though.

    Very squishy and slippery. My shoes were squeaky from water, and my feet were soaked. Had to walk in several places. It was nice to be outside finally. 54 degrees.

    Got up this morning, took some more Aleve and decided to do double hills today. My back seems to have recovered from the tweak yesterday.
    The hills went well. Nice sunrise too.
