My fist goal for 2014 is to run the Cherry Creek Sneak 10 mi and comfortably fit back into my pants. Then I think I will run the Steamboat half on June 1.

    Again, just taking it easy. On this run I firmly decided to run the Rendezvous Run for Independence - 5 miles at 8500 ft. BRING IT! I will likely walk any uphill portion.

    We did a nice hike with the kids. We saw so many animals - deer, moose, elk, marmots. A bit cold, but we still had fun.

    Oh my gosh, this was hard. I walked about half of this run. Running up very steep hills at high altitude kinda sucks, but running down was fun.

    My first ride was to my massage therapist's house and back. It was a gorgeous day and I really enjoyed the ride. I had so much fun, when I got home Annie and I went out for a ride.
