    I felt a wee bit tired. Didn't sleep well last night. This weather is disturbing to me. 72 degrees in February? We desperately need snow for skiing!

    Tried the pump class for a change. It is not what I really needed, more strenuous aerobics. Still had some targeted barre exercises though.

    This class leaves me gasping for air. It is so aerobically strenuous, for an entire hour. He is relentless.

    I have been doing Ballet Physique for more than two years now. I absolutely love the workout. It never gets old.

    Very squishy and slippery. My shoes were squeaky from water, and my feet were soaked. Had to walk in several places. It was nice to be outside finally. 54 degrees.

    Got up this morning, took some more Aleve and decided to do double hills today. My back seems to have recovered from the tweak yesterday.
    The hills went well. Nice sunrise too.

    I felt good today, but Toni didn't so we took it slower. I need to liven up my runs - maybe will run a tempo with her on Friday, just 'cuz.
    And, I need new shoes.

    It rained all night and was still raining when I was going to run, so I settled for the elliptical. We now have a treadmill but it feels so narrow to me. The ones at the gym are deluxe I suppose.

      I never leave the house without pumping up the tires and checking the pressure. Get a floor pump with a pressure gauge on it and it becomes an easy and automatic thing.
