    It was a cold start, but I warmed up pretty quick. Already snow and ice on the trail, so had to carefully maneuver that. I felt really good, and since I was running alone had a lot of thinking time.

    I'm back at the barre. Hope I am not damaging anything further (elbow, back). And it is super hard to jump back into barre after being off for 6 weeks. Hard.
