    I have been working out quite a bit, just not making entries. My workouts include: stretching, various exercise ball exercises to strengthen my back and core, leg presses and some sort of cardio.

    I ran a tiny bit, but my knee ached ever so slightly, so I stopped. I think I need to crosstrain before I just start running again. It was super hot here in Houston today - 87 in February!

      From Dunlavy, cross over at Sheppard, to the Rosemont bridge, crossover and back to Dunlavy. It is so much nicer now, Dad. They put in ponds, landscaping, fountains - very nice.
