good stationary bike 11.15 mi 00:45 14.9mph pace

A whole new world has opened up to me since Thomas now consents to the gym playroom. I can exercise at my leisure. I wasn't as energetic as I was yesterday but that's OK. Still smoky out.

Yay! A PR for me, by a mere 25 seconds, but a PR nonetheless. I ran just as I planned, and I felt really good. By the finish I felt I had "emptied the tank", but now, a few hours out, ... read more

  9. RUN
    good Highline 12 mi 02:02 10:10 pace

This was my last long run before the half last week. I was disappointed because the last mile was so darn hard. It's OK if I don't make my time of less than 2:07, right? That 's w... read more

Hey, don't worry about your trim. Just run within yourself, start slow and build. 13.1 miles gives you a lot of time and distance to get into a rhythm and kick some butt down the stretch. I know this!
