      Sorry to hear you're sick. It's hard to exercise when ur feeling like crud. Just don't overdo it at the gym tomorrow. Don't feel like you need to cram weeks of workouts into a single session. You're a tough horse and we know it.

      Well if you don't *feel* it tomorrow then u didn't do it right. :)
      I used to use 50 lbs sacks of rice in a cloth shopping bag in place of kettle bells. Weights are nice but so expensive.

      Hells YEAH! I'd take losing Inches over Pounds any day. Muscle is WAY leaner than fat, but it's also more dense. So you're losing fat which is translating into inches but gaining muscle which is masking the fat loss. Sherrard is doing U right! Keep on keeping on Dave!

      Hey Dave! Don't worry about constantly posting. DM is great and all but the real goal is DOING IT, not writing about it. Hahaha. When I get busy, I pretty much stop posting too. But I do TRY to keep moving. As for being too old??? No freaking way. There are 80 yr olds running 100 milers! No shit. So yeah, tell that rocking chair to F-off! :)

      Well I didn't move 16 tons, and didn't move it very far, but came close. Not like the old days when I would carry 16 tons of firewood and stack it twice. my job is mostly sitting on my ass now. then... I didn't need to workout, my job was a workout.

      Wow! U were super productive. Maybe you should add bad wine to the workout regimen permanently? I find I drink the sweet stuff almost like water. I tend to sip & enjoy the dry stuff more. Awesome workout Dave! Have the people at work begun to comment about the dramatic changes you're seeing? U should be commended for all the hard work.

      Beef Barley? I don't even know what that is. Doesn't sound appetizing though. I like olive oil rubbed squash grilled over an open flame. Never tried it in soup form though.

      Sorry to hear the little critters finally caught up with ya. Everyone I know either had or currently has the flu. Seems worse this year than most. It's funny b/c researches claim this year's flu shot formula is extra "good". I guess that means it's more effective than usual? Apparently very few ppl got it. I know I didn't but WISH I had!

      Sounds like your trainer is worth every penny. I doubt he'd let u slack even if you'd said "no". Congrats on the lost lbs! But personally, I'd be more proud of shrinking inches, esp around the midsection, than hard weight loss numbers.
