Meh.....this workout blew. My body still feels like crap from last weekend. I set out to do 6 X 800m's at 6:58/mile. I hit my pace the first 800m, and watched it steady drop from there. After 4 I phoned it in, not feeling it at all. My body feels super tired and is still sore as hell from last weekend. I haven't swam in a week (booooo!), and haven't ridden my bike all week either. Ugggh.
