      Used to have that problem. Try some different exercises and get plenty of recovery time (48 hrs for strength trng)

      Thanks :) the cough seems never stop, i think taking pills wouldn't help me anymore and i think tmr i can resume my hot yoga class

      one good thing is that i was so sick and too tired and my stiff shoulder and back become so relax(well in other words lack of strength) until now, it might be a good thing to allow myself to rest a bit (although i can't do anything in these few weeks)
