    after my session with my personal trainer i hit the treadmill for a 2 mile power walk. it was SUPPOSED to be a 4 mile run, but my legs just didnt have it in them, lol

      Take it easy.. you ran over 20 miles, took some time off.. let your self slowly get back into it. And make sure you are enjoying it - or your doing it wrong!
