    I was able to loosen up and run 4.5 miles in 28 minutes which was a 6:11 pace. I felt pain during the warmup and was glad it dissipated. Easy paced cool down was nice. Very pleased with this one.

      Thanks. Feeling really worn out today; ran an easy five and couldn't even imagine racing. Let's hope tomorrow brings something very different!

    Hip flexors were too tight to do this workout. I thought it was best to rest and try again tomorrow.
