      I would have complained to the complaining lady that she's talking too much. You don't need to listen to your ipod. You could just listen to her complain. Seriously, I don't go to the gym for a discussion. I do my thing and go home. Good thing she didn't ruin your ride.

      Lol! For all the griping she was doing you could have just ridden a bike outside on the street and got yelled at. Sounds like it was about the same in the gym. :-)

    First workout of 2010 - Construction at the gym, it is a bit crazy there but I felt good to sweat.....

    The sets were 14, 18, 14, 14 & 20. This wasn't too tough but i know it only gets tougher.

    Took a break from the pushups for a while so i decided to start over. I was able to do 30 pushups so woohoo i can now start again at week 3 of the 100 pushup challenge....
