      I would have complained to the complaining lady that she's talking too much. You don't need to listen to your ipod. You could just listen to her complain. Seriously, I don't go to the gym for a discussion. I do my thing and go home. Good thing she didn't ruin your ride.

      Lol! For all the griping she was doing you could have just ridden a bike outside on the street and got yelled at. Sounds like it was about the same in the gym. :-)

    2nd Workout of 2010 - Stationary Bike at the gym - wanted to do 10 miles but only had time for 8. Exciting news, today is the first day of Boxing classes at the gym, gotta get me some gloves to start punching.....

    First workout of 2010 - Construction at the gym, it is a bit crazy there but I felt good to sweat.....

  9. goodPushups - Week 3 Day 1

    The sets were 14, 18, 14, 14 & 20. This wasn't too tough but i know it only gets tougher.

  10. goodMe and Pushups together again

    Took a break from the pushups for a while so i decided to start over. I was able to do 30 pushups so woohoo i can now start again at week 3 of the 100 pushup challenge....
