    met danny for a very early morning cold run. we havent run together just the 2 of us in awhile, nice to catch up. and not have to run in the cold by myself.

    it was our last speed work day, hallelujah. four 400s was all we had and it actually went pretty quick. plus no rain! the weather was absolutely terrible, the rain would have been welcome.

    I missed last weeks session, but this one went pretty well. we did four 800s and they were all sub 8:00s! the average was 7:55. awesome.
