  1. Just refound this. New goal: lose 20 pounds by April 1st 2012, and get to 125 lbs by my birthday. Exercising everyday (even if it's just a little) from now on!

    felt good afterward, but sore, because of the hypoxic sets. Swam more than 3000 yds but that was all I kept track of, since I tend to drift in and out of meditation when swimming.
