      The doctor says it is ok to (train and) run a marathon, if I can stand the pain. (I did the same with the right meniscus last year.) It is very unlikely that a torn meniscus gets worse by running. I hardly felt the injury on that run. Besides I am running so much slower than you are :-) Thanks for checking in!

    An easy run with one fast mile in it. I had to chase a couple on roller-blades. Other than that, I feel like I am coming back slowly, steadily, and with good discipline. It was a gorgeous running day.
