  3. RUN
good Ocean Isle Beach 14.5 mi 01:54 07:49 pace

I cut my run short, because I had to run on streets without shade, and because I started too late at 6:10. I think I got sunburnt a little already and I didn't want it to get worse.

  10. RUN
great Saddle River Park 12.2 mi 01:31 07:29 pace

I needed to go on DM and check posts of Chris, Justin, Rich, and Philip before I could motivate myself to go for a mid-day run. Thanks fellows! - First 3 miles with a friend at 8:45, then 7:20. 7:1... read more

That's a killer progression run. You ran a sub-20 5K on the last three. Damn.

We must've just missed crossing paths with your group, since we had a nice one there this morning as well.

  18. RUN
great America Yama Park & Yamashita... 5.25 mi 00:42 07:55 pace

It felt so nice this evening (81F and 85% humidity) that I had to squeeze a run in before the next engagement.

  19. RUN
    great Yokohama 5.7 mi 00:46 07:58 pace

I thought it was warmer this morning, but apparently it is only 75. The humidity at 98% probably makes it feel a lot warmer though. In any case it was another enjoyable run.

98% humidity doesn't usually add up to enjoyable, but nice effort in that soup :)
