      Now that I work from home, I can run when I want... but before that it was a lot of dark cold mornings. I find it's better to get it out of the way... evening runs are too easily co-opted or put off. Ideally, start running before your brain wakes up enough to realize what's happening and tries to put a stop to it!

      You need to plan out you r week... know what you have going on every night and if it doesn't work for you to run after work then plan on getting up early to get it in before work. it hard working 8 to 5 then getting a run in and then finding time to do the things you need to get done. But just plan ahead and you will make it work. :)
