alright Well, I think it was a road that I was on today, running that is 1.8 mi 00:21 11:39 pace

The run started out ok, but, after a bit, my case of shin splints reared it's ugly head. I desperately need a new pair of running shoes. About 1/4 to 1/2 the run was like more of a hobble instead of a run. I'm not sure when my "running" will return to where it was, but, while I haven't been out there, or on Dailymile much, It's not over, I'm kind of in a "forced Hi etas". Another issue is the heat and my need to run in the mornings. This is not a problem if it's a Monday or a Tuesday, but the rest of the week makes that hard. Some good news is that I just registered for the Mifflinburg Fourth of July 5k. Hopefully my legs will be road worthy enough for that race. For those who haven't done that race. There is a pretty good size hill at the two mile mark. He He He Happy Running all......
