  5. Ahhh, at last, my first race application has arrived. The Race For Women's Health 5k in April. Gotta get that one in and add it to the events here soon. Plans are at last starting....

    A good 4 miler, possible ice conditions kept me from my Long Run today, but at least I got out there.

  11. Snow covered route, black Ice forming, thus no Long Run today, Treadmill not an option as it needs serviced. Next run hopefully in a day or two? Bummer.............

    39 degrees, wet, slight on and off drizzle with light wind. Guess I have to be happy with it since I haven't been able to run until today. Thank God I'm back on the road......

    Appears non-stop running is the norm, 50 degree temp, good easy paced run, no speed added today.
