  8. RUN
great Long Run 4 mi 00:49 12:07 pace

This is what I'm talking about! Warmth, Sun, NO WIND, and plenty of road. Instead of running a normal LSD, I went for it and added some power to the run. The pace may not be much yet, but, ... read more

  9. RUN
good Half and Half Easy Run 2 mi 00:24 12:00 pace

Part of the run was easy going, part was kind of fast paced. Wind, oh yea that too - Yuck! Tried to combine speed work in this run.

  10. Had kind of an in house 4 miler of sorts. Permission to laugh granted in advance - I house cleaned our bedroom on Tuesday, and with all that I had to do, I felt like I did 4 miles. My legs are in... read more

good Long run 4 mi 00:49 12:15 pace

good Out and Back 2 mi 00:25 12:30 pace

good Long Run - 4 mile out and back 4 mi 00:54 13:30 pace

good Speed work 2 mi 00:25 12:15 pace

Did some speed work today with fartleks. Got kind of the opposite of my ying yang run a few days ago, the wind coming in the opposite direction.

  17. Tim be nimble, Tim be quick, Tim's legs turned into painful sticks. That's what I get for taking 2 months off. My next run date weather permitting is tomorrow, Friday.

I forgot to add that at the start of my run, a neighbor's dog ran out and I had to do an immediate stop since it's leash got stuck around my legs. Glad the breaks worked! Then the dog ran out again, both times the kid ran out and got the dog and apologized. I did think the dog was cute too. It was good for a laugh.
