      Nice trail run! I can relate to the tick-attack. I talked my neighbor into joining me once with her dog and it was the one time it rained ticks. They were all over her dog.//first and last time for her. :)

    Good AM workout, pushups, squats, dips, lunges, etc...this class is less cardio and more strength. Travel this afternoon out of town.

    Went to Cameron solo for a Sat morning run, had a great time, just me on the trail, first time I have been there...nice run.
